Cash Disbursements Module

You can track all your disbursements paid by the company’s bank account in the Chequing-Cash Purchases worksheet. Don’t forget to record the GST amount if you need to file your GST returns! Scroll to the farthest right column for a variance check.

Disbursements paid by the company’s credit card can be tracked in the Credit Card Purchases worksheet. Again, you can scroll to the farthest right column for a variance check.

Sales Tracking Module

Sales information can be recorded in the Sales Tracking worksheet. Remember to record the GST and/or PST collected on sales if you need to file your GST and/or PST returns.

Payroll Module

All employee pay expenses need to be recorded in the Payroll worksheet.

Income Summary Worksheet

To look at your business income statement, go to the Income Summary worksheet!
